Shipping policy

At Volaria, we operate using both premade releases and preorder drops. For transparency, each product page will clearly state whether an item is part of a preorder release or a premade drop prior to purchase so customers understand the fulfillment timeline before placing an order.

For premade drops, orders are processed and shipped after they are prepared for fulfillment. For preorder releases, the production and fulfillment timeline provided on the product page is an estimate only and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed shipping or delivery date. While we make every effort to meet the stated timeframe and keep production on schedule, delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or other factors outside of our control. By purchasing a preorder item, customers acknowledge that the stated timeline is an approximation and agree that shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed, though we will always make our best effort to remain as close to the estimate as possible.

Once an order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Volaria is not responsible for any issues that occur after shipment, including but not limited to delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery errors. Any claims regarding shipping issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that Volaria is not liable for carrier-related issues once the package leaves our possession.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. Volaria is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages that cannot be delivered due to address errors.
